Core Vision releases myBuildings offering

In response to the growing recognition that web based Tenant Portals are becoming integral to the ability to retain tenants, address operational efficiencies and mitigate risk, Core Vision has released the myBuildings Tenant Satisfaction software.

myBuildings is a sophisticated web based offering enabling the establishment of full function Tenant Portals for buildings.

Complete with it's own content manager, interfaces to other relevant property management systems and portfolio reporting, myBuildings can be implemented within days and is priced at less than 1% of variable outgoings. myBuildings is based on the experience gained from building web based Tenant Portals for many of Australia's most prestigious buildings over the last 5 years.

Core Vision has commenced work on web sites for two prestigious buildings. These buildings are:

The Shops at Ellenbrook Launch
Due for completion in late 2004, the shopping centre includes approximately 8,300 square metres of retail space and 450 parking bays and will provide a premiere shopping precinct for the fast growing Ellenbrook community. Launched in early August, The Shops at Ellenbrook website has been developed on behalf of owners Insurance Commission of WA and managing agents, Savills (WA).
